100% Pinot Noir. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, well-balanced, fat, round and offers a good guideline, a slight mineral frame, a fine concentration as well as acidity / juiciness (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy plum and fleshy red berries associated with slight touches of wild strawberry, hints of mocha / cocoa, a hint of cassis bud as well as discreet touches of spices, caramelization and an imperceptible touch of gray pepper. Tannins are very slightly firm.
