A Gevrey with a powerful character!
100% Pinot Noir
This cuvée takes root on alluvial soil, “gravel” which gives very concentrated grapes, with a well-affirmed maturity. Justice has the powerful character of a wine for laying down. As it ages, Gevrey-Chambertin takes on a dark carmine, black cherry hue. The aromas of strawberry or blackberry are on the youth, while the maturity offers a bouquet with undergrowth accents and gamey notes. The Gevrey is powerful, rich and full-bodied, it is pleasant when young, but above all it is a wine that will keep well. It is a massive and yet velvety red, whose tannins provide fabric.
