In this pâté, the black pepper has been almost completely replaced by the Espelette pepper. This one colors the pâté and gives it its good taste. This pâté is not a spicy pâté. It is additive-free and dye-free.


INGREDIENTS: Pork meat from France, pork liver (30%), salt, sugar, Espelette pepper PDO (0.3%), pepper, thyme.
