Grape varieties used: 80% Ugni-Blanc & 20% BacoDistillation: Armagnacaise type boiler and distillation in
a single heater to an alcohol content of 56%.
Aging: 15 years in oak barrels.
alcohol: 40% vol.
Tasting notes: Amber color with dark amber reflections.
Fine nose, marked by notes of vanilla and exotic woods.
Beautiful roundness in the mouth with toasted notes and a very nice coffee finish
and cocoa.
