Organic nutmeg is used grated for its pretty color and subtle flavor. Ideal for flavoring potato dishes, it is used in the composition of many spice mixtures and its use is very varied in cooking, whether salty or sweet. Its taste is quite strong, although it does not sting, you can grate it everywhere but most often a pinch will suffice. You can use it to flavor meats, soups, béchamels, gratins, season purees, vegetables and even some cocktails.
