After two years of discovering Paris, Mademoiselle Lulu escapes to enjoy the Carnival of Venice. A colorful event where our pretty sardines parade cheerfully alongside our muse. Imagined and created by the painter Coralie Joulin, this new masterpiece invites us to discover the sparkling universe of the artist. This pretty tin of sardines contains four to six vintage sardines caught off the coast of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and its region. Worked fresh and prepared by hand, these are the fruit of a know-how perpetuated since 1887. To take full advantage of the buttery and fruity flavors of this 2021 vintage, do not hesitate to let it age 4 or 5 years, it will only be better!
