This extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from Salonenque variety olives grown on the Château d'Estoublon estate. Fresh, herbaceous, buttery and round, the oil has aromas of fresh cut grass and herbs, ideal on delicate garden greens, steamed vegetables and potatoes and is particularly excellent on ice cream.
